Relaxed at work

Finally, work became much more relaxed. After I had cleaned out the backlog last night, things went on smoothly today. I was, again, on the phone most of the time, talking to prospective clients. Ah well. It's the business, heh.

On the lighter side of things at work, Ms. Chinita and I had lunch together again, at the same place again. We talked a lot, mostly about how we both think our work sucks but this time, we got to bond a little more on the personal side. I kind of related to her what's bogging me down right now, about my future plans, my life back in college, etc. She told me to hang on in there and look at life positively. Heh.

Anyway, it was fun chatting with her and all. Having someone like her at work makes going work much more, uhm, exciting and worthwhile. :)

Oh, I got off work earlier than usual today. Actually, I was done with work by 4 PM, done with all those calls. But I figured to do more since I couldn't get off until at least 5:30. Plus, I waited for Ms. Chinita to finish hers too so we could go to the BART station together. Heehee.

Anyway, this entry (or tomorrow's, so I can cap off my first week at my new job) might be my last about work itself. It's basically the same old stuff not worth mentioning over and over. I figure I'll post about work again if something big comes up, like a big sale of an account maybe. I just think writing over and over about the same old stuff is going to make my blog terribly boring and dull (much like my job is, heh).
