Hawie turns 1 year old!

Okay, to begin with, Hawie is not a person. I just want to clarify that. Hawie is my trusty little Honda Civic EX Coupe, my two-door shiny black baby.

Now, I guess you're wondering how I came up with the name "Hawie". Simple. The license plates have the letters "HAW" in it. Thus, my car's name is Hawie. Duh.

I can remember how excited I was to get him. It's such a nifty little car. Now, a year and 14,554 miles later, it still drives like new. It's such a joy to drive and I've never had any problems with it. And the nice thing about it is that it's a fuel efficient car at 32 miles per gallon! It was a cool deal.

I don't think I'd ever let go of this one. I'm thinking of getting a convertible someday (probably a Ford Mustang) but I'd still be hanging on to Hawie. After all, Hawie's still my baby.
