Close fight
I've been following the latest tally from the US elections. Currently, according to CNN, Bush is leading Kerry, 249-242 in electoral votes (EVs). For a Presidential candidate to win, one must have 270 EVs. Five states are still ups for grabs: Nevada (5 EVs), New Mexico (5 EVs), Iowa (7 EVs), Wisconsin (10 EVs), and Ohio (20 EVs).
The way I see it, Bush will take Nevada and New Mexico. Wisconsin, Iowa, and Ohio are still uncertain. For Kerry to win, he must at least take Wisconsin and Ohio.
I'm still hoping for a Kerry win in 2004. Gotta start praying.
